岗位职责:
Required Skills
- Good English language ability in both writing and speaking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2007 products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork.
- Good communication skill and well-organized.
- Fast learner, detail-oriented and reliable.
- Work at least 4 working days per week in the next 6 months
Job Duties
Provide administrative support to Sr. Operation Manager including:
- Preparing document, letter and filing.
- Booking hotel/air-tickets, arranging ground transportation for domestic and international travel
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating team meeting, training, outing and social club activity.
- Assisting in visa application by preparing application documents.
- Collecting information and doing research.
- Protecting operation by keeping information confidential.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
